
Sit or stand and hold a plate on your palm with your fingers pointing away from you. This exercise is a little tricky, so you may wish to start by holding a DVD disc instead. Bring the plate under your arm as you push your elbow outwards, then bring the plate behind and upwards and back to the start position.
